Our Application Documents and Forms

Please print and fill out all application forms in ink and with legible writing. Incomplete applications will not be processed. In addition, viewing a property is mandatory before an application can be turned in.

All applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have completed the application, you can email it to [email protected] or drop it off at our office at 1577 Oak St. in Eugene, Oregon.

No applications will be accepted without viewing the property first. You will also be required to meet Charlie, our property manager, before your application can be completed.
