I've worked in the Property Management field for over 13 years, including 13 years as a licensed Property Manager, and four years as a General Manager. I was instrumental in the rapid growth of managed rentals at my previous company, bringing them from 15 units at my hire to more than 450 units in less than 10 years. I also managed and supervised numerous employees, worked with Tenants and Owners on their leases and contracts, coordinated maintenance requests to keep rentals in top-notch condition, and built many solid relationships along the way.
