Please print and complete all applications in ink with legible writing. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Viewing a property is mandatory before an application can be turned in. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you have completed the application, email it to charlie@randreugeneproperties.com, or drop it by our office at 1577 Oak St. in Eugene.

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT VIEWING THE PROPERTY FIRST. You will be required to meet with our Charlie, our Property Manager, before the application can be considered complete. We look forward to working with you in the near future!
